Chief Guests at the Welcome Parade & Opening Ceremony

Down the years many famous names have officially opened the Northern Ireland Milk Cup tournament at Coleraine Showgrounds.

Guests have pride of place in a parade of all the competing teams which makes its way from the Bertie Peacock statue near the Town Hall at the Diamond and continues through the town centre, along Church Street, Kingsgate Street, Railway Road and Ballycastle Road to the ground.

Thousands of people gather along the route to give the players a warm welcome.
